Christine Chin
Living and serving the local community for over three decades, Christine Chin has had the privilege of raising her family in this wonderful village of Carmel-by-the-Sea. She has an extensive background in the local real estate world.
Leveraging her knowledge from thousands of transactions as an escrow officer and manager for First American Title Company, Christine is unlike any other realtor on the Monterey Peninsula. She is a hard-working, committed real estate professional that is driven to exceed client expectation. With the ability to mobilize a powerful network, Christine has built very strong relationships with sellers, buyers, attorneys, developers, lenders, and other realtors throughout the community.
She is currently on her third year as a Realtor with Carmel Realty Company. During this period, she has participated in the successful closings of over $200 Million worth of sales. Her enthusiasm and pride of the Peninsula has served her well in connecting buyers with the perfect home and assisting sellers in getting their home sold for the best price and terms.

Christine and her family believe in giving back to the community. She has served on many local non-profits and committees, including Carmel-by-the-Sea Rotary, Carmel Art and Film, Carmel Chamber of Commerce, Carmel Sunset Center, Hospice Giving Foundation, and Community Foundation for the Monterey Peninsula. She is also a member of the Pebble Beach and Tennis Club, Carmel Women’s Club, and Casa Abrego Club.
